At the IP
Cities conference in Viladecans ( Barcelona, Spain) Kees Rovers played a part
in creating a manifest for development of fiber-optic infrastructures in
Viladecans.
He also
co-signed the manifest from name of Ons Net Netherlands.

Real Life Home Lab in Nuenen is unique in the world. Close
the Gap is receiving visitors from all over the world. National and local
governments and scientist from all countries want to know more about this new
eco-system which brings prosperity to the individual and his society based on a
broadband infrastructure.

Kees Rovers was invited
to give a presentation at the broadbandevent in Lannion (France). Unfortunately
Kees wasn’t able to come and give the presentation in Lannion because of the
strike of the railway workers in France.
Therefor Kees Rovers recorded his presentation at his home
office in Nuenen (the Netherlands) and the organization broadcasted it at the
broadbandevent. In the end, Kees Rovers was (virtually) present at the Lannion
broadbandevent.
